Northolme Community Centre opened in 2007 and is run wholly by volunteers who provide excellant facilties for the public to use.
The Centre, which is set in a quiet location in Belmont and surrounded by large public open spaces. It is the perfect venue for those special occasions such as parties, weddings, christenings and regular classses (See Regular Events).
The Entrance Hall provides a warm wlecome to users of the centre. The building has large windows that allows plenty of natrual light in, making it bright and airy.
The hall is all on one level so this makes it perfect for wheelchair access and also has a wooden floor which is ideal for dancing and children's parties.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with serving hatches in to the main hall. We have toilets which include baby changing and disabled facilities.
Adjacent to Community Centre is a free car park and an infants Playground, which is fully enclosed providing a safe environment.
CCTV has also been installed to enhance security.
During the Summer Term Holidays Kraftimonkies have children’s activities twice a week.
